Warmest Greetings! As a new year unfolds, let us continue to believe in the beauty of our dreams. Let us allow the light of hope to shine upon a new path before us. Our hearts are now filled with greater wisdom and courage as the calendar turns another page, and we now have the opportunity to start afresh. We have endured some of the most difficult of times in recent history, and through our collective consciousness, we have become all the wiser. Let us continue to develop and expand our inner being. Our courage, strength, and resilience were greatly tested in 2020. Let us continue to grow in wisdom and in strength in 2021!

Healing Days

I am beyond grateful for the healing days that were filled with powerful insights, practices, teachings, love, light and many blessings in an extraordinary way and on a much deeper level than I have ever experienced before.

Many “Aha!” moments occurred as deeper understanding was brought into my awareness of the root cause of the triggers that have affected all my life, my self-worth, and self-love, not feeling deserving of this life and experiencing so many emotional and mental challenges. My relationship with my sister is healing, and my relationships with my daughters are more loving and understanding, with open communication. I am now committed to my daily practices, healing and transforming and letting go of what doesn’t serve my higher self. I am so, so grateful. Thank you to all the beautiful souls for all the love, support, and caring and your service and the wisdom and teachings that are truly transforming my life.

Ancient traditions all converge in calling on humanity to love, and now modern science confirms the healing power of love. Love heals both the physical heart and the spiritual heart. It removes the stress of negative thoughts and emotions and their impact on soul, heart, mind, and body.

Studies show that people with partners, friends, and pets experience greater immunity and longevity. When doctors and healers treat patients with kindness and caring, there is scientific evidence of the added impact that loving care provides.

Love carries healing energy and can lessen and remove the negative effects of anger, fear, worry, and sorry. Love that is unconditional and asks and expects nothing in return is the greatest route to healing.

Here is an experiment to try to experience the power of unconditional love: When you feel angry, hurt, or treated unjustly, think of the person who is involved in these feelings. Instead of thinking about what was done, send love to this person. Send it unconditionally, without any judgment or hope for a reaction or result. You will be shifting your own energy to the love that will make you feel calmer and able to let go.

As you set your heart and soul on love, you will have a sense of inner peace, and you will have transformed some of the energy around the event. You may also find you have helped the other person shift to a more peaceful and loving place.  As Martin Luther King, Jr. taught: “Love is the only force capable of transforming an enemy into a friend.”

Master Sha teaches that we all can embody the greatest love, unconditional love. Try applying this love to any challenges you have and see how much healthier and happier you can become.

Our Cat and Master Sha

Today we had our iPad connected to our TV so we could watch the Tao Calligraphy Healing Field from our living room. Our cat jumped up on the TV stand, put his nose to the TV. Then he stood up on his hind legs and put his front paws on either side of Master Sha's face and let out a little meow. Then he sat down and started patting Master Sha on our iPad. It just shows that animals can feel the energy and the power of Master Sha.

“Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.” —Viktor Frankl

We try in life to avoid pain and suffering but, inevitably, everyone has to face a challenge to their well-being and happiness. If we open our hearts to find a lesson in whatever happens, these can be the times to grow and find deeper meaning. Sometimes disasters bring us profound wisdom and a new direction for our lives.

Anger Towards Parents Transformed

I was angry with my parents since childhood and could not find peace in my heart.

As I realized this was pulling me down, I started doing a Practice called "Forgiveness Practice for Humanity" from Master Sha's Tao Academy. Even if it was quite difficult to do more than 5 minutes at the beginning, I continued on a daily basis. Soon I was able to do it for 20 minutes. The more I would do it, the more I would feel freedom in my thoughts. I got a much better feeling overall, so I enjoyed doing it. Within several months, my father and I had a real exchange. I also received a special Da Kuan Shu (Greatest Forgiveness) Calligraphy Card to trace during the Forgiveness Practice. This accelerated the healing of my relationship not only with my parents, but with my whole family. Now we live in peace and with respect. I keep doing a regular Forgiveness Practice to heal every part of my life.

One of the most important things in life is how we deal with challenges. When we face them, we can learn why things have happened and how to avoid repeating our mistakes. This can be very difficult and can seem to be outside of our control in the case of traumatic experiences. But how we deal with pain and suffering can lead to not only recovery, but what psychologists call “post-traumatic growth.” This is when we not only restore our balance, but go deeper into a greater appreciation of life and experience the healing power of acceptance and forgiveness of ourselves and others.

“Out of suffering come the strongest souls.”
– Khalil Gibran

Negative experiences can offer opportunities to discover and develop a new inner strength. Through living through challenges, we can become more understanding and compassionate for the suffering of others. Through survival, we can start to appreciate everyday life more and refrain from taking things for granted. Renewal after suffering can bring great joy and expand our awareness of the value of life.

Suffering can lead us to go to the root cause of our challenges and to remove blockages deep within ourselves. It can force us to stop negative self-talk and to be more aware of the negative messages that are creating and worsening physical, emotional, and spiritual conditions. Instead, we can choose to use challenging times to transform ourselves and to practice love and forgiveness. When we cultivate positive thoughts, words, and feelings every day and live with love and forgiveness in our hearts, we can overcome and go higher in every aspect of our lives.

For most of 2020 and in the recent weeks, the world experienced extraordinary events. During these unrivaled and challenging times, humanity has suffered social, physical, emotional, and mental health setbacks due to excessive stress.

Stress is, by nature, your body’s response towards a threat to personal safety whether it is real or imagined. It invokes a “fight or flight” response within us. The response is the result of the release of the hormones epinephrine and norepinephrine, which increase blood pressure and the pulse rates of our bodies. This effect can have various deleterious effects throughout our bodies.

Sleep Restored & Back to Work
I wrote a calligraphy for a friend's son, a medical doctor with bipolar disorder, who was discharged from work. After Forgiveness Practice and a blessing by the transmissions entrusted to me for writing Tao Calligraphy, he slept for the first time the entire night through. He returned to work shortly thereafter.

The good news is that in as little as 10 minutes each day meditation practices have been shown to powerfully manage stress by lowering anxiety levels, improving cardiovascular health, and creating a greater capacity to relax.

Meditation techniques require practice, and a completely relaxed state may be difficult to achieve at first, however, over time, desired results may be yours with regular practice.

There are many forms of practice, yet a simple and effective way is to repeat a single word, a phrase, or a mantra that carries a positive message for you. You could sit upright in stillness with your eyes closed for 10-15 minutes or longer. Sitting is preferable to lying down, and refraining from practicing on a full stomach are recommended tips because you could easily fall asleep. Then consciously relax your muscles starting with your scalp, forehead, face, mouth, tongue, ears, and entire head. Continue to consciously relax all of your muscles from your neck down throughout your body to your toes, breathing calmly and naturally through your nose.

However, no matter how the relaxed state is achieved, the physical, mental, and emotional consequences of stress can be reduced through regular practice.

If you would like to meditate with Master Sha, you are welcome

In past issues of The Oneness Field Newsletter, we have shared with our readership the thought-provoking, expansive genius of Albert Einstein. Einstein is also well known for his humorous observations of the world and worldly events. Here are a few of his comments for a delightful Walk on the Light Side.

“Put your hand on a hot stove for a minute, and it seems like an hour. Sit with a pretty girl for an hour, and it seems like a minute. That’s relativity.”

“The only reason for time is so that everything doesn’t happen at once.”

“We all know that light travels faster than sound. That’s why certain people appear bright until you hear them speak.”

“You never truly understand something until you can explain it to your grandmother.”

“An intellectual solves a problem. A genius avoids it.”
